Grown in our oldest vineyard, these grapes hung until December before being harvested. We then added brandy produced with our wine distilled by our friends at Minglewood Distillery in Wooster, Ohio. The result is an intense concentrated berry that produces a desert style wine with floral aromas followed by notes of honey and almond in this full-bodied wine (port-style). Drink on its own or pair with desserts like cheesecake, shortbread, or white chocolate mousse with raspberries.
