About Our Guided Shuttle Tour
Starting at the winery, climb aboard our converted hay wagon, complete with bus seats designed to seat 20 guests. Pulled by one of our four tractors, the wagon ride takes you on a captivating journey through rolling hills, on wooded pathways to the vineyards where you may see deer, wild turkeys, and a variety of other birds. Bring your cameras as you never know what you will see.

On board, you will ride along with one of the Borton family members. They will explain the history of the vineyards and you will have the opportunity to see the vines as they progress through their growing season. Once in the vineyard area, you will have the opportunity to sample up to 4 wines that are produced from grape varieties grown on-site. Each family member has a role in the vineyard/winery and will gladly share their expertise about the vines and wines as you tour along.

Once you return to the winery the fun isn’t over. The tour will then walk you through the wine making process. You saw the vines and grapes, now see how they go from the field to your glass. The tour will cover the crush pad operations, fermentation, aging, and cellar operations until it ultimately hits the bottle. Â
