Chambourcin is a French-American hybrid grape developed in France. Its tolerance to cold climates allows it to flourish in Ohio. Garnet in color with aromas and flavors of red raspberries and tart cherries, this lighter body style dry red wine pairs well with, pork loin, burgers, mild cheeses, red sauce pastas and even dark chocolate!
