Starting at the winery, you will be shuttled to the vineyard for dinner (weather permitting). Along the way one of the Borton family will accompany you on the trip and provide you with the history and current state of the vineyards as they grow. Arriving in the vineyard you will be welcomed to the picturesque views of the vines, and will have a “welcome wine” course. Each course food and wine pairing will be introduced by one of the Borton family members, you get to tour and dine with the Vineyard Manager, Winemaker and/or Chief Blending Officer.
