At Lincoln Way Vineyards, we’ve always been proud to be a family-owned and operated vineyard, winery, and cidery, known for our wines, our ciders, and our good times. Now, our family story has grown even more. Our daughter, Ari, has become quite the brewmaster, and thanks to her passion and talent, we’re officially a brewery within a winery!
That’s right, we’ve added handcrafted beer to our lineup. From vine to glass and now from brew house to tap, everything we create reflects our commitment to quality, creativity, and local craftsmanship. Come visit, raise a glass, and check out what we have on tap. We can’t wait for you to try it!
Happy Hoppy Lager
A happy accident! Ari overhopped her first lager recipe, and we rolled with it. The result? A lager with more body and a touch of hop without going full IPA.
Pavilion Ale
Brewed initially for Ari and Alex’s friend group and a summer party, at, well, you guessed it, a pavilion. This one is the go to for a lighter beer with its refreshing taste balanced with some sweet corn and yeasty notes. Light, crisp, and refreshing.
Red Ale
Featuring notes of coffee and caramel and a dreamy dark red color. Not quite a “dark” beer, but it hits the spot if you’re in the mood for something a little heavier on the palate.
Vanilla Porter
ABV 5.2% IBU 34.5
This winter warmer is a nice pairing with a snowy day. A full bodied dark beer with notes of vanilla, chocolate and coffee. Pair it with a steak or save for dessert and pair with dark chocolate or your favorite cheesecake.
